1. Who we are

Citelify ("we", "us") is a property management platform operated by TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, registered at TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_ADDRESS (company number TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NUMBER). For any privacy question, contact us at support@citelify.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, hashed password, ID type and number, nationality, date of birth, gender.
• Apartment and contract data: building, floor, apartment, contract amount, payment history.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; Stripe holds the PCI-DSS-compliant card vault.
• Usage data: login timestamps, IP address, browser, page views.
• Communication data: complaints and their attachments.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver the service, process payments, handle complaints, send notifications, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We rely on contract performance (account and payments), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share data with

Stripe (payment processing), Hostinger (hosting), our email delivery provider, and public authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Stripe processes data in the EU and the United States under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Accounts are deleted on request. Financial records are retained for 6 years as required by the Spanish Ley General Tributaria.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Articles 15–22) you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email support@citelify.com.

10. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via the app and by email.
